Our Story
In 2018, Bonnie West started Addie Birch Home Furnishings after working in the custom window covering and design industry for 21 years.
The new showroom has been praised for its modern organic style with comfortable practicality.
The name Addie stems from Bonnie’s granny who Bonnie’s Grandpa Johnny lovingly called Addie.
This name was also passed on to her daughter who now works for the company.
Granny Addie came to Canada from the Netherlands and was of Dutch descent.
The birch part of the name was decided based on Birch being a Canadian wood commonly used in custom furniture…
